Returns & Refunds

At Teak & Brass, every piece is crafted with care and intention. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.

How Returns Work

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at teakbrass@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return

We will provide return instructions along with a prepaid return label.

Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be returned with original packaging

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging

We will send a replacement at no cost.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier investigation.
